Option 13

Is there an objective truth, or is it all a matter of perspective, just like the Rashomon effect suggests? In OPTION 13, the entire narrative is completely improvised and unscripted, seen through the multifaceted prism of the characters who lived it.

About the event

"The very concept of objective truth is fading out of the world. Lies will pass into history". George Orwell

Is there an objective truth? Or, like the Rashomon effect, is it all a matter of perspective? In OPTION 13, the whole of a story only exists through the prism of the characters who experienced it. Like us, they live in the same world yet define it through their own frame of reference to form their individual points of view. As the show takes you through twists and turns, tenderness, heartbreak and hilarity, the characters let you in on what's going on in their headspace, sharing regrets or insights, secrets or lies, leaving you on the edge of your seat, trying to decide what the truth is.
