Service Description

Oct 20 - Dec 15th Fridays, 4-6pm (Online) 8 weeks SKIP 10/24 Advanced Narrative Improv is an 8-week ongoing skill building class in which students who aspire to one day join an IPF or LAB ensemble might be placed where they will focus on three pillars: Playfulness, Story and Acting. IPF seeks to create a harmonious symbiosis of all three so that strong acting doesn't come at the expense of playfulness, good storytelling doesn’t impede one’s acting, etc. Students might be in Advanced Narrative for many months or just a short while, as the class may be a landing pad for students awaiting the next class in sequence if it’s not being offered or unjoinable at the time. Advanced Narrative Improv is not a performance class, but students in it are expected to be working at a high level and have performed extensively. Instructor: Kari Coleman and Paul Rogan
